$34,870 was donated by the Auxiliary in 2018, with volunteers also putting in 7,555 hours in the year alone.
Cowra Hospital Auxiliary President, Pat Smith said all the money they receive goes towards equipment on the hospital's wishlist.
"The Hospital Auxiliary in 2017-18 donated over $30,000 and for 2018-19, we have purchased and pledged nearly $30,000 again and the year is not over yet," she said.
"This equipment is for all sections of the hospital, with theatre needing the most at this time."
Purchases made for Cowra Hospital in the past year include two Welch Allyn Spot Monitors priced at $7259.29, a Hoover Mat for theatre for $4953, a cataract surgery instrument tray for $2619 and a Agilia pump for maternity, costing $2,392.
Money raised also goes towards resources for the different services offered by Cowra Health Services, including pool aids for the Aqua MIPs group and items for the LoveBites program, which provides education on respectful relationships for students aged 15 to 17 years.
Mrs Smith said it wouldn't be possible without the work done by volunteers and community support.
"All our members are involved in fundraising activities," she said.
"This would not be possible without the support of the community and we thank you for your continued support."
Since 1988, the Auxiliary has raised $418,451 for the hospital.
