From Friday, August 2, to Monday, August 5, the entry charge will be reduced to $7.50 for all people wanting to enter the garden, with no charge for under school age children.
Manager of the Japanese Garden and Cultural Centre Shane Budge and Chair of the Anniversary Committee Graham Apthorpe said that they are very pleased with this special arrangement.
"I had a chat with Bob (Giffiths) a while back and said we'll have people coming here over the anniversary and said a special price would be a great idea," Mr Apthorpe said.
"We hope that as many locals and visitors will take the opportunity to visit this iconic attraction and important link between Cowra and Japan.
"This is a great partnership and really appreciate it," he said.
