Leigh Michael Browne of Acacia Circuit was before the court charged with low range drink driving.
According to police facts, Browne was stopped by police at a stationary breath testing site on Lynch Street around 9.40am on April 26.
When asked by police if he had had anything to drink that day, Browne said, "I haven't had any today. I had a few yesterday".

The breath test returned a positive reading and Browne was take to Cowra Police Station for a secondary test.
When questioned on how much he had to drink, Browne told police he had consumed around 15 to 20 drinks of Carlton Dry and Jim Beam between 11am and 8.30pm on April 25.
The secondary breath analysis returned a positive reading of 0.075 grams of alcohol in 210 litres of breath.
Browne's solicitor, Geoff Casey, said his client believed he had left enough time for the alcohol to leave his system.
"He's disappointed to have alcohol in his blood, he didn't think it would happen," he said.
"He has a had a previous drink driving matter and informed me since that offence he had never driven with alcohol in his blood.
"He was very proud of that. This and the traffic offenders intervention program has had a sobering effect on him. I've also spoken to about the need to count his drinks."
Magistrate Michael O'Brien said that it was no doubt disappointing for Browne to be back in this situation.
"Hopefully you have a new understanding of the reaction of alcohol in the blood and the need to count drinks," he said.
