While Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator Vanessa Warren said it was the sixth Biggest Morning Tea she had hosted, it has also been run previously to her coming on board.
"We host a Biggest Morning Tea every year," she said.
"It is a great time for our residents to enjoy social time with each other, but also give back to a worthy cause."
Ms Warren said that this year residents were given the opportunity win fabulous prizes.
"Everybody who came got a free ticket and if their name was drawn out they got to pick between numbered teacups and teapots to win prizes, including limited edition Bilyara merchandise.
Ms Warren thanked Bilyara's kitchen staff providing the food for the morning tea and volunteer Irene Marsh for giving up her time to assist with hosting the morning tea.
This year the residents, staff and volunteers raised $459.20 for the Cancer Council.
The money raised goes to fund the Cancer Council's research, prevention and support programs.
