Minibike Heroes has been established to provide opportunities for children to "Come and try" and see what its like to receive some education and guidance at a motorcycle affiliated venue.
Bikes, helmet and gear was supplied to riders by Motorcycling NSW to get kids interested in the sport. The club would like to thank Mulyan Public School and St Raphael's Catholic School for their interest and support in the program.
The day was successful with very keen and excited boys and girls turning up for the experience with the club keeping a watchful eye on the up and coming talent.
If any of the riders that participated in the fun day are wondering "what to do now", please phone the club secretary on 0428 424 611 for guidance or visit www.cowramrc.com.au.
All riders are welcome to come to our next Club Day at Woodstock Park Speedway to be held on Sunday, May 26, 2019, to take the next step in the sport of motorcycle racing.
Gates open at 7am and racing starts at 10am after a 7.30 to 9am sign-on, with organisers promising a "great family day out" as the series continue to run throughout the winter months, with additional events scheduled in June, July and August.
