Running as a school holiday camp from July 8 to July 9, the coaching clinics will be run based on what organisers have termed as "the Coerver coaching pyramid of player development."
The Coerver clinic refers to the training methods espoused by the late Dutch coach Wiel Coerver, but was actually developed further by Alfred Galustian and Charlie Cooke, and is explicitly focused on developing the skills of young players.
Coaches from the ACT chapter of the Coerver Coaching program will be administering the sessions, and instructor Sonya Sheedy said she was eager to get down to the area.
"We are excited to be coming back to Cowra to run our holiday camp for the eleventh year, it is always a highlight of our year," Sheedy said.
"We want to reach out to more children in the Cowra region and provide them with the opportunity to gain experience with the globally renowned Coerver coaching method."
Organisers have also stated they will use "small sided games" as part of the clinic, and will make reference to the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup, which will be finishing up just before the local event takes place.
