The beautiful autumn weather we are having lends itself to a nice country drive to Gooloogong where you can check out the stalls, purchase some quality products, partake of the various foods with bacon and egg rolls, sausage sizzle, Devonshire teas, snow cones and waffles being available.
The numerous stalls booked to date offer a wide range of quality products including fashion items, cooking, soaps, jewellery, photography, art, woodwork, sewing, jams, produce, plants, bric a brac, candles, kitchenware and much more.
We are sure you will find something that will suit your needs so come along and browse.
After spending time at the markets why not wander through the Historical Group rooms or call in for a drink at the local Hotel or at the Gooloogong Country Club, sit and chat with friends over a cup of coffee or just enjoy the day.
You can then stay on and participate in the open mike event across the road at the Hotel.
There is also a heritage walk down to the river with interpretive signs, telling you about the heritage of the area, along the way.
The beautiful weather at our last markets made it a great day for all.
The visitors enjoyed strolling through the stalls and catching up with friends.
The ongoing renovations to the hall are approaching their completion and we are all excited to see the improvements.
All the hall facilities are being updated and improved for the comfort of the community and its visitors.
Once the renovations are completed the hall will be available for hire for many functions including community events, weddings, parties, musical nights etc.
Hope to see you and your friends at our markets on April 14. For further information and stall bookings please contact Keira Idiens on 0417 743 778 or Lynne Dowd on 6344 8350.
