A Veterans’ 9 Hole Stableford was held in lieu of the scheduled Harvey Tarrant Memorial 4BB competition on Thursday. The planned event has been postponed to December 20 when heavy rain in the morning limited the number of starters on the day to just 12 players.

24 Warwick Kiely (17), 21 Clive Wilson (24), 18 Bruce Amos (27), 17 Terry Winwood-Smith (8) on a count back from other players with 17 Points.
Annual luncheon and presentation
Following the running of the 9 Hole event on December 13, the scheduled annual luncheon and presentation for the Veterans was held at the Clubhouse which was well attended not only those who played Golf on the day but many more joined the group for the presentation.
The awards as follows were presented by Len Ryan and Norm Keay.
Annual pointscore: 1 John Murphy (On a count back), 2 Alan Luff, Jeff Macpherson.
Veterans Club championship: 1 Warwick Spence. 2 Jeff Macpherson, 3 John Harrigan.
John Bland Trophy 2018: 1 Warwick Spence, 2 Bruce Amos, 3 John Jenson.
