Veteran Golfers had the first taste of summer with temperatures in the high 20s on the Golf Course on Thursday the 6 December 2018. From a field of 22 starters who played the Holes 1 to 9, there were 8 prize winners all who played to their allocated handicap or better.

The best score on the day was 21 Stableford Points achieved by Phil MILLARD. It was noted that Les Pinkerton who was the winner the previous week and had his handicap reduced by 3 came in with a very credible 20 Stableford Points.

The prize winners will have their 18 hole handicap reduced 3 for the next event. Those players who scored 17 Stableford points or less on the day, and were not prize winners will have their handicap increased by 2.
