Kendal Street is set to be closed down and reopened as a beautiful twilight marketplace, jam packed with locally handcrafted wares, jewellery, clothing, produce, and late night shopping with local retailers.
Once again, Squire Park will be transformed into an enchanted ‘Christmas Wonderland’.
There are plenty of activities on offer for the whole family this year including free photos with Santa, face painting, Christmas hairspray, Christmas kids tattoos and even a Santa mailbox and letter station where little ones can send their letter off to the North Pole.
All of the activities in Christmas Wonderland are free thanks to the wonderful team at the Cowra Information and Neighbourhood Centre.
There will be live music up on the main stage from 6pm, featuring a performance from the youngest ever winner of The Voice Australia, Ellie Drennan at 8:00pm, accompanied by performances from regional artists Tony Kennelly and Lily Morgillo as well as the Mulyan School Choir who will be singing some of your favourite Christmas Carols.
Don't forget to catch the ever-popular Cowra Band who will be performing in front of Squire Park from 6pm.
Kendal isn't the only street undergoing an incredible transformation tonight, Macquarie Street will once again become the Cowra Christmas Street Festival's popular 'Eat Street', serving up mouth-watering cuisine from across the globe.
For those who have been buying locally over the past few weeks, the Cowra Guardian Christmas Cracker Draws will take place up on the main stage at 6:50pm, 7:50pm and 8:50pm, winners must be present on the night to claim their prize.
It's going to be a sensational evening full of late night shopping, fantastic live music, delicious food and family fun.
