Last year, the team at Bunnings Warehouse Cowra collected 71 bags and are asking again for contributions from the local Cowra community.
From November 16 until the start of December, Share the Dignity and Bunnings Warehouse Cowra called on Cowra locals to donate essential hygiene items as part of 'It's in the Bag' Christmas donation drive.

Across the country Bunnings collected 127,000 bags for Share the Dignity, with NSW collecting 36,400 of these bags.
Share the Dignity is a national not for profit which assists homeless women and victims of domestic violence.
“Christmas is such a special time, but we tend to forget there's many people who need our help. Donating a bag filled with hygienic essentials is a small but extremely impactful gesture that people can take part in,” she said.
