The Cowra Tennis Club will commence the next Night Competition on Wednesday 17th October. Get your entries in by Sunday 14th October. Play will commence at 6.15 each week and finish by 9pm at the latest. A new format will see similar rules to the fast 4 format where there will be no ad scoring. At deuce the next point wins the game.

Teams are mixed and have 4 players. Any combinations of men, women and juniors are allowed. If you are unable to organise a team and would still like to play we can put you down as a reserve or can place you in a team. The cost of the comp is $65 adults and $50 juniors or alternatively you may pay $10 per week. If you pay upfront and can’t play on any given week your reserve player will not have to pay. We just ask that they become club members. Club memberships are now due which are $30 adults and $20 juniors. JUNIOR COMP
A junior competition will commence Saturday 20th October from 9.45 – 11.15am. The cost is $20 for 5 weeks plus $20 membership if you are not already a member.
COACHING
Tennis coaching programs for term 4 will commence from Monday 15th October. Coaching programs include hot shots, cardio, squad and group and private lessons and are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings. The cost is $125 for the term. Your active kids vouchers are able to be used for tennis.
CARDIO
Cardio tennis is held Saturday morning at 8am. The cost is $15. Cardio classes resume Saturday 20th October.
Fitbit Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels. The program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle. Every Fitbit Cardio Tennis session is open to players of all ages and abilities. You do not have to be good at tennis to get involved.
