Less rubbish on the sides of the roads.

I thought that most people who use these machines and only get a few dollars back were using it as a means of pocket money for their children.

Unfortunately others have somehow obtained permission to collect from clubs and pubs where they block the machines for hours on end to others who usual only have a few cans to the return value of may be up to $10 whilst the club/pub collection is returning hundreds of dollars. 

I have seen Utes pull up completely loaded to the hilt.  Are these people alcoholic or what?
