The growing team at Balance Accountants and Advisers is moving from strength to strength since increasing their business to include an office in Grenfell.

Now based in both Cowra and Grenfell, the new, expanded team has the resources and capacity to assist both individual clients and businesses with taxation and financial matters.

Expanded team

“After all the changes that have occurred at Balance Accountants and Advisers over the last month, one thing is for sure – we now have a large, powerful team,” partner Mark Fisher said.

The team includes:

  • Six qualified accountants
  • One experienced bookkeeper
  • One trainee accountant
  • Four in accounting administration
  • Two financial planners
  • Two in financial planning administration

We developed the name Balance because our team believes in leading balanced lifestyles and we like to help our clients achieve the same thing.

Mark Fisher

“We are a highly professional team who are qualified and trained. We know what the taxation rules are,” Mr Fisher said.

“And the three partners are chartered accountants: myself, Andy Pullen and Matt Pullen. So, if you are looking for a team that can do it all, Balance Accountants and Advisers can help.”

Navigating a complex system

Mr Fisher explained that the tax system is now quite complex, so if you are unfamiliar with its intricacies you could wind up in trouble.

“If you mess it up, you miss out on possible tax savings, but you also could end up with some penalties from the tax office,” he said. “And, at the end of the day we can help businesses run better – more efficiently, effectively and profitably.

“Essential, we are here to help businesses achieve their potential and make the process as painless as possible for individuals.”

Right balance

“We developed the name Balance because our team believes in leading balanced lifestyles and we like to help our clients achieve the same thing,” Mr Fisher said.

“We don’t want our clients killing themselves by working 60 or 70 hours a week and then not actually enjoying their life. We want them to achieve their potential but do it in a balanced fashion. A work life balance is pretty important for what we want for our clients.”
