With more vehicles on the roadways, Sergeant Rod Buhr of Cowra Police said officers will be targeting distracted drivers and driver fatigue as well as drink driving and drug driving.
“Distractions might be using a phone, a stereo being too loud or even kids in the back, it is a significant cause of road accidents,” Sergeant Rod Buhr said.
These school holidays come to an end on Sunday, July 22.
