With the Cowra golf course in pristine condition and many thanks to the greens staff and wonderful Cowra sponsors, Unearthed Homewares, Cowra Toyota, Allan Gray and Co, Beecher Wool Services, Style for Women, Carruthers Machinery, Cowra Services Motel and Cowra Shire Council, it set the stage for great golf and a few rain showers throughout the tournament did not dampen the spirit of the lady golfers to compete.
Thank you to Cowra professional Andrew Booth, Kane Brooks, Rob Chew, Alan Luff, David Thomas, Noel Riley, Paul Smith, Kristy Bognar, Floral and Arrangements, Lorraine Stubbing, The Bar Staff, Rogue Carriage and the Cowra Guardian for their assistance throughout the tournament. Apologies from life members Eunice Bishop and Ada Brien.
Thank you to the Cowra ladies committee president Vanda Cassim, vice captain Carmel Mansell, secretary Sue Smith, treasurer Annette Sutherland and Debbie Gumley whose diligence of duties made for the smooth running of the tournament.
