Three male drivers aged 18, 22 and 25 years old were issued infringement notices for performing burnouts on Kendal Street on Tuesday night, May 22.
Police identified the offending vehicles after responding to calls from the public.
Each driver received a $659 fine and lost three demerit points.
Cowra Police say they will continue to target antisocial behaviour from motorists.
