The small township of Bendick Murrell is starting to become a hive of activity with preparations well under way for the annual Young Dressage Association Championships held from April 20 to 22 at the Sports Grounds.

Record entries have been received with over 200 riders travelling from across New South Wales and Victoria to compete for fantastic prizes and prizemoney.
The general public are invited to spectate at this wonderful display of dressage, which caters for all levels of riders and horses.
There are over 20 trade stalls attending the event so there will be great shopping available for all.
Bring along a chair, picnic rug and enjoy a fully catered event.
There are six sand arenas, a large sand warm-up arena, parking area, plenty of shade, wash bays, lunging areas, a dedicated spectator’s area, permanent yards and stables and camping facilities.
Competition starts about 9.30am on Friday and runs through till about 4pm with a number of breaks during the day.
Twenty judges from New South Wales, Western Australian, Tasmania and New Zealand will in attendance.
The Championships are open to both members of the club and Equestrian Australia as it’s part of the Dressage NSW Regional Dressage Festival Series.
