The annual tournament is staged in a different state each year.
Sixteen teams representing NSW, Victoria and South Australia competed over three days for the MATFA Shield.
Some very competitive bowls was played over the carnival, however a lot of fun was the order of the day.
Victoria took the title for the third year in a row.
NSW and South Australia are already plotting their revenge for 2019 when the 65th tournament will be held in Bendigo.
The tournament’s said to have run annually since about 1956.
It was founded by a butcher and for more than four decades was restricted to participants with ties to the meat industry. That began to change in the '90s when the event was opened to friends and acquaintances.
