Bowling Club registered a thumping nine-wicket victory against Canowindra at Twigg Oval, Ross Graham remaining 67 not out in the successful run chase clinching the win in the 19th over.
Canowindra batted first and lost two early wickets to be 2-8 within the opening five overs.
Some resistance was shown by Brendan Traves (60) who had a support from Craig Carpenter (11), Matt Harrison (13) and Zac Brunton (11) along the way but the maroons were all out before 40 overs on 129.
Wickets were shared by the Bowling Club bowlers with Tim Berry the standout finishing with 3-9 off seven, while Nathan Thorn (2-14) and Al Lovett (2-24) also registered multiple scalps.
In the round’s other match, Parkes Colts cruised to a nine-wicket victory against Valleys to secure a top three place and end Valleys’ hopes.
Valleys were skittled for 98 and Colts chased the runs in the 15th over.
Blake Smith picked up three wickets while his brother Myles was 53 not out.
This week’s games marks the end of the regular season, with finals beginning on March 3.
Cricketers in the Lachlan Premier Cricket competition and cricketers around the region donned black arm bands and observed a minutes silence to remember Canowindra cricketer Tim Kennedy.
Kennedy, 36, passed away on Tuesday last week, having played a number of seasons with Canowindra and more recently Cudal in the Molong competition.
