Originally planned for December 3 last year the Cowra leg was washed out until this Sunday.

Parents are encouraged to put their hand up and help out at Sunday’s race.

8am kids course

Swim (across big pool/length of little pool), 600m ride, 400m run

8am Beginners Course

50m swim, 2km bike ride & 800m run.

8.30am Enticer race

200m swim, 9km ride & 2km run.

9.30am Interclub course 

(competitors must be over 15years)

2km run, 200m swim, 9km ride, 200m swim, 9km ride & 2km run

Points are gained by Triathlon clubs for all competitors in the Enticer and Interclub events

Adults $20 (members) $25 (non members)

Kids $7 (members) $12 (non members)

Please note these prices include the cost of your pool entry. A BBQ will be provided on the day.
