Magistrate Michael O’Brien told the 13-year-old boy he’ll be going out the “side door,” if he continues offending.
“You’ve been warned,” he said.
The offences occurred about 11am on November 21 when the young person was travelling in the back seat of a vehicle, while the protected person was in the front passenger seat.
Police facts reveal that the teen spat at the protected person and verbally intimidated them, putting him in breach of the AVO and in breach of a bond.
