The team at Cowra Concrete Products would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who assisted today; Fire and Rescue, Ambulance, Police, Workcover and the many offers of assistance we received from the Cowra Business Community.

We as a team are comforted by the fact we have been able to speak with our long-term employee of more than 40 years since his arrival in Westmead this afternoon. We are now focused on providing support and assistance to the injured worker’s family and our employee group at this time.

We are devastated after nearly 50 years in business to have an incident of this nature occur. We are currently undertaking on a comprehensive investigation into this incident and we are ceasing production until this is complete and we are working closely with the authorities to achieve this.
