There are two printed programmes, Vocal/Instrumental & Speech and Dance at $5 each.
Plan your attendance at the many entertaining sessions that are available throughout the three weeks of the Cowra Eisteddfod.
Competitors will be travelling from Queensland, South Australia, and Sydney, Canberra as well as all parts of the Central West, to participate in the eisteddfod.
Session tickets for the eisteddfod will be available at the door with each session ie. 9am - 2pm - and 7pm most days.
For just $6 per session – or $15 for the day you can experience a variety of performances.
Or why not purchase a Season Ticket for just $45 which will enable you to come and go whenever you are able over the three weeks of performances.
The Cowra Eisteddfod will commence on Wednesday May 17 with the junior Vocal sections, which will include many talented local students.
School Choirs will be held on Thursday, May 18 commencing at 9:30am.
For just $6 per person you can come along to the Civic Centre to watch your child perform, and support your local schools.
This is always an exciting morning. Friday, May 19 will see the start of the Adult Vocal sections.
Saturday, May 20, 7pm session will include the ever popular Gilbert & Sullivan Section as well as Heat 2 of the Patricia Fagan Operatic Aria section.
Mark Sunday, May 21 – afternoon session at 2pm – in your diary as not to be missed.
This will be followed in the early evening by the finals of the Patricia Fagan Operatic Aria section – which will feature the six finalists as chosen by the adjudicator from the three heats over the previous three days.
The following two weeks will feature Speech & Drama, followed by nine days of the popular dancing sections, and will culminate with Piano and Instrumental sections.
The 64th Annual Cowra Eisteddfod will conclude with the Grand Concert of Prizewinners to be held on Friday June 9 at 7pm.
Tickets for the Concert will be available from committee at the Civic Centre throughout the three weeks of the eisteddfod.
