The festival saw Kendal Street transform into a Christmas marketplace where over 100 market stalls were set up showcasing their wares, local retailers were open late and the much loved Christmas Wonderland was set up in Squire Park with Santa photos and a fantastic range of family attractions.
Events and Marketing Officer, Elizabeth Picker said the festival was a great success and it was amazing to see both locals and out of town attendees come together to celebrate the festive season in Cowra.

Macquarie Street was transformed into a dedicated 'eat street' with several cuisines for attendees to taste test.
The main stage showcased both local and regional talent, with headliner Matt Boylan-Smith mesmerising the crowd.
Local artists included Charlotte Cooper, Cowra District Band and Zoe Budge.
Another popular event highlight was the Cowra Guardian Christmas Cracker.
Three very lucky entrants walked away with a share in over $7,500 worth of prizes.
The major winner was Lee with other prize draws going to Lisa Flanagan and Gina Baratto.
The Cracker was overseen by the Cowra Business Chamber as part of their 'buy local' campaign.
Ms Picker would like to extend a thank you to the event partners, Cowra Tourism, Cowra Council, Cowra Business Chamber and Community Information Neighbourhood Centre.
A further thank you to event sponsors, Domino's Cowra, Inland Holiday Parks - Wyangala Waters, SuperCheap Auto Cowra, Beecher Wool Services, Lachlan Fertilizers, Cowra Veterinary Centre and Virbac Australia.
Cowra Christmas Street Festival organisers are already planning the 2017 festival and would like to thank everyone for their support of the 2016 Cowra Christmas Street Festival.
