Two eight-week-old kittens at Cowra Veterinary Centre are in need of a home.
Kittens from the centre are $35 each, which includes microchipping and worming, and there are further discounts on desexing and vaccinations.
With adorable mugs like these, Dr Maddie Brady said these guys won't be available for very long.
What Dr Brady is really worried about though are three cats they've had in foster care for three months.
Darkie, Possum and Shortie are now five-and-half months old and come microchipped, wormed and vaccinated for only $150.
This is half of what it would cost you otherwise, and Dr Brady said they come litter trained.
"They're still kittens but they're a bit more mature. They're socialised and are great with kids and dogs," she said.
With prolonged heat through most of last month extending the breeding season for cats, it's apparent there'll be plenty more kittens needing homes.
The only solution, Dr Brady said, is to make sure your pets are desexed.
"Also, if you're going to adopt, do it through a rescue centre rather than a backyard breeder," she said.
"Many people don't know this, but it's actually illegal to sell a cat without a microchip."
