The conference doubled as a competition with many 'crews' taking part.
The NSW AWPA President, Lenka Hill, said it was a successful event, with prizes going to those who perfomed best on the day.
"The AWPA Trophy, Gertie, is awarded to the winning pilot with the Willsallen Trophy awarded to the winning navigator of the same crew. Two observers are also acknowledged," she said.
Results were as follows.
Gertie - winning pilot - Tammy Augostin from Bathurst NSW
Willsallen Trophy - winning navigator - Margie Sullivan from Sydney NSW
Observers: Esther Bruce from Parkes NSW and Amy Crevola from Melbourne VIC
