According to a statement provided to the school by the Executive Director of Schools Jenny Allen, the Bathurst Diocese is seriously considering offering stage six education to students at both St Raphael's and St Matthews Catholic School in Mudgee.
Students from both schools would be educated through the use of technology which would support joint delivery across both campuses.
While there's no timeline available for the proposed implementation as of yet, a source at the Catholic Education office in Bathurst told the Cowra Guardian that the Diocese is currently putting together a feasibility study into the proposed changes, the results of which will be published in a few weeks.
