Job Description
- Work alongside the Sales Team to identify long and short-term goals: focusing on developing new business and maintaining key accounts within the Underground Mining space
- Provide management and colleagues updates/reports on business activities, identify growth opportunities and maintain overall satisfaction of client
- Maintain accurate and insightful reporting on CRM for all calls, emails, visits and meetings
- Travel regionally as required to visit regional clients (1-2x per quarter)
- Contribute to decks and presentations to key stakeholders as required
The Successful Applicant
- Exposure to the WA Mining sector, knowledge of Underground mining desirable
- Motivated, switched on go-getter who enjoys being out on the road engaging with clients
- Comfortable using multiple avenues to engage with clients: emails, phone calls, Microsoft Teams and face-to-face-meetings
- Team player who views the wider business' success as important as their own, proactive with a strong work ethic
- Eager to grow their knowledge within the industry and meet key clients across the WA region
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
