What you will be doing:

• Cross checking enquiry allocation and lead ownership, lead distribution and management
• Collecting sales and any related data for maintaining internal reports and communication updates
• Assisting department heads with on-going analysis of topics including: sales, department trends, staff performance and customer enquiry
• Analyse customer activity data to provide insights and highlight key areas for review, analysis and improvement
• Dealer socket / BlackBird data management: mass transfers, lead allocation, dashboard management and reports

What we are looking for:

• A passion for data quality initiatives and enhancement
• Determination to achieve accuracy in a complex data environment
• Working knowledge of CRM software/applications essential. Exposure to Dealer Socket / Blackbird desirable, but not essential
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel capability
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and independent projects simultaneously, in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Ability to decipher data and present in an easy to digest manner
• Interpersonal skills resulting in strong stakeholder relationships and performance outcomes
