Due to exponential growth, the Hays Assessment & Development team growing their presence in Victoria with an opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to join the team.

Your new role
Hays Assessment and Development design and deliver solutions related to project management for reform or restructure projects, assessment of staff and job applicants, volume recruitment services, end-to-end graduate program management, interview support, outplacement services and design and delivery of recruitment administration processes.
In your role as Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the Assessment & Development business. Managing the delivery stage of projects including management of project teams, you will effectively pitch services and solutions to clients through presentations, proposals and service level agreements. You will educate clients about Assessment & Development services, design bespoke solutions and manage a variety of projects through the project lifecycle. Uncovering new opportunities for business, you will build lasting relationships with clients and provide confident consultation services ensuring repeat business and referrals. Whilst already enjoying a strong base of established and loyal clients, this is an exceptional opportunity to grow this specialism, by uncovering and exploring leads through proactive marketing, networking, client referrals, procurement portals and existing partnerships.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience as a Recruitment Consultant and be passionate about delivering solutions to clients, developing business and motivated to succeed. Through your demonstrated experience running a successful desk, you will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and service delivery focus, ensuring our clients receive best in class solutions. You will network effectively to build partnerships, deliver relevant insights to generate new leads, and secure business opportunities for Assessment & Development as well as managing a varied suite of projects with a diverse client base.
