Hays are seeking a service delivery focused Recruitment Partner to support our high performing IT business.

Your new role
In your new role as part of this high performing team you will help identify key talent within the Projects & Business Change business; working with dynamic and charismatic, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Change Manager professionals.
This is a candidate driven market where demand outstrips supply so you will have to build trust with this candidate pool by becoming part of the ecosystem. Working with a very experienced in-house team, you will develop an understanding of our clients needs (that are hiring for these skills), and present them with the best talent available to drive revenue and positively impact their careers. In this role you will also provide insights and advice on candidate availability, skills in demand, and candidate remuneration to both our clients and Hays Account Managers.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have an interest in technology and be able to become familiar with new concepts quickly through formal and informal learning. You will be savvy on social media and be able to convert relationships from online to face to face. You will have a flexible mind-set and will be able to come up with creative solutions to challenges that the market presents. Your next level communication skills will help you build rapport with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds, in order to deliver on client requirements efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for individuals who may have worked in agency recruitment or internal recruitment who have a passion for service delivery and matching the right person to the right role.
