About the Role

• Manage a portfolio of circa 100 x properties located within the central Perth suburbs - close to the office
• Flexible/remote working arrangments - working smart without being overloaded - spend your Friday's with friends & family!!
• Streamlined systems & procedures in place
• High-level support team and Junior PM's to assist
• PCR's outsourced

Skills & Experience

• Current Property Management Registration
• Previous property management experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication
