Our client is a Residential Real Estate Agency with a large residential portfolio. They offer full Real Estate services and have a great name in the market. Due to internal growth, they have a vacancy for a Property Manager to join their team based North of Sydney. You will be working in the Residential Property Management team working on a portfolio of appartments and houses. You will be expected to work closely with the leasing and admin team on various portfolios and programs of work. You will be;
Candidates must have experience in the property management sector, ideally with a blend of appartments and housing. You would need to have a Real Estate license ( my client is open to candidates with a certificate who are willing to work to their license which my client will support). You must have proven experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, a strong track record of excellent written and verbal communication and proven property experience. In addition, given the nature of the role, you must hold a current, valid drivers license and having your own method of transport is preferred but not essential.
