Our Hays Assessment & Development team in Canberra play a critical role in delivering a bespoke HR service to our client partners. Due to our continued and rapid growth we are searching for an ambitious member to join the team who has a track record of excellence in project management.

Your new role
As the Project Delivery Manager, you’ll work closely with the Business Director to successfully support the lifecycle of several recruitment projects, for multiple clients concurrently. Your new role will see you managing all aspects of the delivery stage of projects, including management of project teams. You’ll be responsible for accurate planning & reporting, meeting tight deadlines and using exceptional organisational skills daily. The opportunity to be involved in effectively pitching services and solutions to clients through presentations and proposals is also available for the right person as the role evolves.

What you'll need to succeed
You have a passion for what you do, are determined and thrive in a project environment. You enjoy working in partnership with colleagues across the business and want to pursue a career in a project based and solution-oriented business. You’re articulate, confident, credible and influential in communication with external and internal stakeholders. In addition, you will have:

• Strong project management skills
• The ability to think and act strategically to come up with solutions and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• An inquisitive approach to life and appreciation for diverse thought and perspective
• A strong desire to succeed and demonstrated experience in dealing with pressure and tight deadlines
• Attention to detail that is second-to-none
• Excellent IT knowledge, including intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
