Maintenance Officer

Your new company
A global company and market leader in their field have an immediate requirement for an experienced Maintenance Officer / Handy Person to join their team, where you will be based on an A Grade building space in Sydney’s CBD.

Your new role
This position requires you to carry out all round general commercial maintenance where you will be responsible for coordinating sub-contractors, replacing lamps, painting / patching, minor plumbing, minor carpentry and other related maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous facilities maintenance experience, good customer service skills and basic computer skills.

What you'll get in return
This role will be based on an A grade fixed site in Sydney’s CBD, where you will receive $68,000 - $70,000 + super, with a large property owner who has more sites under construction, which will provide future opportunities to step into facilities management down the track.
