Your new role

  • Responsible for applying operation break fixes
  • Participate and determine root cause for service failure and support escalation
  • Evaluate the Issues reported by internal users and clients and provide solutions

  • Solid Technical skills on SQL
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good to have:C,#,Java,Python
