Job Description

As the Group Financial Controller, you will lead he financial management & reporting across the whilst maintaining a high-quality risk & control framework in a global business. As the leader within the controllership function you will be confident in empowering future finance leaders within the business, whilst building strong working relationships with the executive team. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Lead all statutory financial reporting for both the Australia & International business
• Oversee the day-to-day accounting and operations procedures
• Lead the company's annual external audit process
• Manage all regulatory compliance, revenue recognition and transfer pricing
• Management of the financial risk framework and collaboration on the management of operational risks
• Key lead on all on-going finance projects and system implementations
• Financial due diligence for capital raising and acquisitions
• Live and breathe continuous process improvement

The Successful Applicant

• CA qualified and trained in a Big 4 or Mid-tier firm
• Experience working for an ASX listed organisation
• Prior experience as a Financial Controller that knows what a best-in-class controllership function looks like
• Strong technical expertise across internal controls, compliance & governance
• Demonstrated experience of leading a high-performing team and taking people "on the journey"
