Facilities Manager

Utilise your HVAC/Air Con experience in this Facilities Management role.

Based in the Sydney CBD, this long term possible perm opportunity will see you manage a single site with a focus on HVAC. You will be responsible for managing contractors on site, ensure planned maintenance schedules are maintained and ensure reactive issues address as a matter of urgency.

You will ideally be trade qualified in aircon/HVAC/electrical or mechanical engineering with extensive HVAC knowledge and experience.
