A dynamic and experienced Branch manager is needed to manage a small and engaging team, an autonomous yet well-supported position, offering a variety of responsibilities including business management, staff management as well as lending responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

Management or leadership experience within retail banking or Residential lending experience Proven commercial business acumen with the ability to guide the strategic direction Strong people management and coaching skills Versatile networking and business development skills with a focus the local community What you'll get in return
