About Our Client

Our client is a Financial Institution which provides income producing funds, including a Property Fund providing strong capital growth.

Job Description

• Conducting regular reviews of each property and market within the Fund.
• Working with accounts division to prepare annual tax statement for investors.
• Working with accounts division to prepare the financial statements for each sub-scheme.
• Preparing annual reports on each sub-scheme
• Overseeing issuance of rental invoices and payment of outgoings
• Working with CEO with sourcing new properties and preparing financial property investment
  model for initial consideration of property investment

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or Tertiary Qualification in Property or Finance
• 5 Years' experience working in commercial property
• Relevant experience and professional standards to perform the role
