About Our Client

Our client is responsible for overseeing a key scheme and ensuring best practice in data handling and sharing with the aim of serving the public interest by promoting better availability of public sector data, enabling the sharing of public sector data, enhancing integrity and transparency in sharing public sector data, building confidence in use of public sector data and establishing institutional arrangement for sharing public sector data.

Job Description

• Perform or contribute to Product owner role and lead/contribute to the development of key services
• maintain relationships with key stakeholders in relation to the design and development of new features and operational backlog changes
• maintain ongoing ownership of the product backlog, feature roadmap for platform and operational enhancements.
• develop Backlog items detail and work with ONDC, External Stakeholders and PM&C IT to identify opportunities to leverage new capabilities to improve scheme operations.
• manage access and usage across the platform and ensure ongoing availability for operational and scheme reporting
• assist with developing and implementing processes and guidance material for Dataplace services
• providing advice, responding to enquiries related to business area and enabling the training of stakeholders in product features
• assist with procurement and administrative tasks of the team

The Successful Applicant

• Experience or a sound understanding of the digital service development cycle and contribute to key rituals such as user story development and review.
• A great thinker who is detailed orientated and can identify solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and can consult and develop an understanding of requirements for future enhancements to the platform and assess priorities of those enhancements.
• Proven ability to analyse and provide advice on user trends to the team leaders to improve user experience.
• Good written communication skills to quickly craft clear, logical documents, tailored to a variety of audiences and purposes
• A team player with the ability to create strong, productive relationships with colleagues and collaborate
• Effective organisational skills and a proven track record of successfully delivering several projects concurrently.
