This independent statutory authority, established by the Australian Federal Government, is seeking motivated candidates to coordinate and administer key electoral administration tasks.
Your new role
You will liaise with stakeholders both internal and external to ensure the accurate administration of nominations. Your duties will include supporting electoral roll administration, including receipt and administration of nominations, supporting the proofing and quality assurance processes for key election projects as well as reporting progress and escalating issues to management daily.
What you'll need to succeed
As you will be required to build rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships, exceptional communication skills are essential. You will also have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure to organise priorities and meet deadlines and have demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in a similar role will be looked upon favourably.
What you'll get in return
This is a short-term assignment which could extend. You will be rewarded with an hourly rate of $47 + super. These roles will be located in Haymarket and you will be working from the office full time.
