We are now in search for an organised administrator or compliance coordinator to join our successful team as a Talent Resourcing Coordinator.

Your new role
As a Talent Resourcing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with our candidates to ensure all compliance documentation is completed
• Conducting candidate reference checks with ex-employers
• Actively speaking to our candidate workforce to ensure their satisfaction with their placement
• Sourcing new candidates for potential positions

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will be an organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will enjoy working in a large, fast paced environment where you are constantly talking to people. You will have proven experience in using the Microsoft Office suite including Work, Excel and Outlook.
