Job Description

Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, your role will include:

• End to end Accounts Receivable function
• Processing customer claims & rebates
• Performing account reconciliations, monitoring of customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Generate and send out invoices and statements
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Assisting with month end closing
• Month end posting of corporate credit cards
• Weekly reporting to Line manager on work in progress and debtor's status as well as monthly reporting, including outstanding balances within AR.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills & stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and be able to form strong internal and external relationships. We are seeking candidates with considerable AR experience. Exposure to SAP will be a bonus but by no means mandatory.
