Vanda Cassim, Trish Moerkerken, Cookie Dolbel and Helen Moriarty travelled to Coonamble last weekend to play on a very dry and dusty coarse with a large “Willy Willy” occurring several times but the spirit of golf remained in the drought stricken area and hospitality was wonderful.
Cowra will now play Grenfell in Pennants at Molong instead of Narromine.
