Cowra police are investigating a theft from an unlocked motor vehicles and from homes in Cowra among a string of incidents reported over the past week.

In the first instance, a stealing occurred on Lachlan Street Cowra between 9pm Sunday, November 19 and 7.30am Monday, November 20.
Police said a vehicle was parked at the location when entry was gained via an unlocked door and a refrigerator was taken.
In another incident a break and enter occurred on Elizabeth Street Cowra between 11.20pm and 11.40pm Sunday, November 19.
Police said entry was gained via a rear door and cash was taken.
On Sunday, November 19 at about 12am a vehicle was broken into on Eucalypt Close.
As has been the case with a number of similar incidents in recent weeks entry was gained via an unlocked door and keys were taken.
A 40 year old male was charged in Cowra with Enter Inclosed Lands Without Lawful Excuse and Peep or Pry on November 17.
Police will allege the male trespassed on a property without permission.
He was issued with a Court Attendance Notice and will appear before Cowra Local Court on November 22, 2017.
A 44 year old male was charged in Cowra with Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm on November 19.
Police will allege the man assaulted a 35 year old female in a domestic violence related incident.
The man was issued with a Court Attendance Notice and will appear before Cowra Local Court on December 14.
