The Magpies are also struggling to find someone to coach the premier league side in 2018, but the priority is filling the role of president and secretary.
“The main thing at the moment is we need to get the committee filled,” vice president Wayne Browne said.
“We had good numbers at the first meeting but nobody is willing to step up and fill the main job.
“Without a committee there’s no football side.
“There might be that one person out there who is thinking about it. We need their help.”
Although it’s not a priority at the moment, the Magpies have sent out “feelers” to entice a coach or captain-coach for next season’s Group 10 competition.
The club spoke once to former NRL player Josh Starling, however that was the only contact Cowra had with the star prop before he signed with the Oberon Tigers.
The second annual general meeting is at the Cowra Services Club this Wednesday from 7.30pm in the Falcon Room.
