The winning team carded -12 which included an amazing round of 28 on the back nine to secure their place in the regional playoffs in Canberra next year.
They’ll be joined by club professional Nathan Stubbs who spoke highly of the quartet’s efforts.
“They won comfortably in the end. They had 12 gross which is phenomenal really considering the windy conditions,” Nathan Stubbs said before speaking about their hopes of booking a spot in the national playoffs.
“I’ve finished 1/8 of a shot outside a finals spot before. It’s a great week away at Twin Waters Resort,” he said.
“We’ll be pretty strong and we should give it a good shot if we play at our best.”
The winning team finished with a nett score of 53.5, more than three shot clear of runners up Craig Jeffries, Michael Heuston, Anthony McDonald and Ken Mclean who shot 56.75.
Jordan registered closest to pins on the 5th and 10th while Core hit the closest to the pin on the 3rd.
The regional playoffs will be held in Canberra during March 2018.
