“Registration has been going really well,” he said.
“A lot of people are choosing to register online, rather than on paper.”
Entry forms can still be picked up from various outlets across the Bathurst including Cityfit, Sportspower, Harvey World Travel, Sportscene, 2BS and Bathurst Visitor Information Centre, while online entries can be submitted at www.bathurstedgelljog.org.au.
If entered prior to September 15, registration costs $30 for adults, $15 for children (16 years and under) and $50 for a family.

Mr Hallahan is also encouraging the Bathurst community to participate in the event and come and enjoy a great day.
As well, he is encouraging entrants to enter early so they can be in the running for draw prizes.
When the event comes around, all eyes will be on local Bathurst runner Brandon Martin who took second place last year.
The Edgell Jog will run on September 17.
The 7.5km course starts and finishes alongside Machettie Park in Russell Street.
The event boasts an impressive honour roll with previous winners including Australian Olympic and Commonwealth Games representatives Michael Shelley, Lisa Corrigan, Martin Dent and Kate Smyth.
